Repair of Baltic Wharf Jetty, Essex, England

GT Corporation SE has completed the repair of structural elements of the Baltic Wharf Jetty in Essex, England. New support beams were installed and damaged piles were repaired as part of the works.

The Western part of the jetty was built in 1928 for unloading of timber. The Eastern part was built in 1974. Current dimensions of the jetty are 109.7m x 12.2m. At present time it is used for docking and unloading of vessels and is managed by Baltic Distribution LTD.
